Fair return policy

After you have placed your order, our products are individually printed for you by hand using the so-called print-on-demand process.

Our goods are usually one-offs. Therefore we cannot put exchanged goods back into stock and resell them. Since the satisfaction of our customers is important to us, you can rely on fair return rules.

30 - Day Exchange Guarantee

If, contrary to expectations, you do not like the delivered goods, or the delivered textile items do not fit, we offer you within 30 days from the order date the following return options as a print-on-demand provider:

- Exchange for new goods
- Exchange for a voucher (redeembar on your next order)

If the ordered product has not been worn or is dirty, there is also the possibility of a refund of the purchase price upon request.

Please note that an exchange or return is not possible for personalized and
goods that have been individually adapted and manufactured for you.

Goods not in order or problems with an order?

No problem! We are all human, despite multiple quality controls
printing errors and faulty products can unfortunately occur in rare cases.

Please send us a message using our contact form and we will help you. In the event of misprints, you will receive a new product free of charge.

Your return will usually be processed within 7-10 business days .

Who bears the return costs?

It is important that you always contact our service team before returning an item. We often find a solution to avoid sending packets back and forth, which ties up resources. For the sake of the environment and your time!

But please understand that shipping costs for a return
have to be borne by you.

What happens to the returned goods?

With a print-on-demand provider like us, every item you order in the shop is unique. But that is by no means a reason to dispose of returns in the trash.

- Donations: We donate some intact returns to those in need

-B-stock or raffle: So that we can give something back to our loyal customers and followers
